I have folder with lots of images with file name as identifier. I want to create a form to display image to particular logged-in users and collect score from them. By seeing each image user give a score and submit. the images should be scorlled row-wise and column-wise. the datacollected should be stored in the database against the identifier. The image displayed may be annoted by the user as well like marker pen or preformtted symbols embdded on it. I have a webserver any easy methodlogy is needed as the task is repeating with different set of images. To automate this I am looking for a quick and easy solution.

Do you already have the part done that allows user accounts to login? what language can this be done in? Is .Net ok, or does it need to be done in php? What type of database are your storing the information in? can this be in flat files? Do you need the ability to limit how ofter a user can vote? I have been a programmer for over 20 year and this is a simple task.
