I need a site built using a common CMS such as Drupal, WP, etc - doesn't matter which, but must be a current version of one of the common platforms. Assumptions: - all site designs/PSD's will be provided to you - lorem ipsum for all copy - must support multiple languages, just clone the English portions of the site for the different languages. We will do our own translations of copy and images - must use common frameworks like Angular 2.0 or React, CSS - must be responsive for 2 breakpoints: mobile and desktop - we will provide comps for both versions of all PSDs site structure: 7 top level pages 2 child pages must support lookup of a claim using an email and claim # to show claim history must support lookup of database driven values for a code field or use of code field long text descriptions when submitting a claim must support a date picker for a claim must support looking up a claim history for status and display this history (one of 2 child pages) must support caching of code/values used in claim process pages must all load in under 2 seconds on QA instance (to be provided on AWS) must use all modern minimization techniques for SLA and performance requirements for pages to all load in under 2 seconds must support authors who will edit page content and localized text translations for all languages FPO imagery to be used will be provided Must be finished in 1 month Must be able to use JIRA/Confluence for all project tasks/develiverables Must committ source code to project GiT Must provide unit test cases for all developed components
