Cross Domain Analytics eCommerce Tracking - Need Help

I have a website [login to view URL] running on the Shopify platform. At the Basket page, if the customer selects Checkout, it takes them to an external checkout hosted by a 3rd party provider on a different domain - WestQuay. Please see for yourself. I have added the attached code, accroding to cross-domain instructions for tracking, but cannot get Google Analytics to track conversions / eCommerce data. The attached code is placed in the Shopify section for Google Analytics, and in the header section on all checkout pages. I'm sure it is a small issue, but need someone with technical understanding to find out why it is not working, and change the code so all customer orders go through Google Analytics Conversion tracking.

Hello, I have more than seven year of experience of Google analytic and Google Webmaster tools. I had done a lot of similar project in past i can share reference url in further communication. Simply search my profile name(kumarmanish0001) in Google you will see my work and client feedback. E-commerce tracking is different from cross-domain tracking and that's what missing as i can say from existing code. Anyway please share analytic access and shopify admin access i will fix it.
