Firmware for NodeMCU ESP8266 IOT

Hello i need some one to program a firmware for ESP8266 and DESIGN a Circuit (PCB) for connecting the relay and some sensors. Firmware Details initially it will operate in Soft AP mode and when i connect a mobile or laptop it will give IP via DHCP and i should be able to set a new SSID password and some other config via serial console and a webpage. after the above step is done it should turn to a wifi STA and then connect to the provided SSID. and then will sync with my server to get commands like change pin status high/low and upload sensor details. Circuit Details it must include power supply form 230v to 5v for the MCU and really sensor etc. option to connect a relay. some sensor like DHT11 and IR transceiver. Initial Budget is 5K for firmware and 1K for the circuit Design. this will be ongoing as i will add new features to firmware very often. This project will have a NDA and this is our Patented Product so you will not be able to sell the similar software to anyone.
