We manufacture a product and we are looking for someone to take apart the PCB unit and write up a specification of the components. It is a control unit (image attached) which is connected to a board with a Kapton style heating element. It controls the temperature. I am expecting this: 1) Technical specifications for the PCB control unit. also Gerber file that manufacturers can work from. 2) Parts list for all components. 3) Specifications/images for molding to house PCB with relevant connections. 4) Technical specifications for the Kapton element and aluminum board. 5) Everything in a format that can be given to someone to manufacture without any confusion. 6) Advice on ways to improve components and efficiency of unit. How long will it take to do?

I am bidding for your maximum project budget because I am not familiar with your product. You are asking for a PCB design as well as a schematic and mechanical design. Basically, an entire reverse engineering of this product. It is something I can do, and have a special affinity for, but that is a big job if the component count is high and/or the housing is of a complicated/highly stylized design.
