Personal Assistant Wanted, Very Organized

Availability: I need a personal assistant that can easily call me on my cell phone (and Skype, so make sure you have credits to call me on a cell) to take care of specific tasks I assign and keep documents up-to-date. I'll explain more in details below what's required. I want you to be available when I text (whatsapp), email, call or Skype you. I won't need you when you sleep, but I would like to be able to reach you during the day. I travel lately, so my timezone shifts. I will be on EST timing to start with. Your tasks: - Post projects on freelancing sites: I often need to hire resources, so I will ask you to post projects on oDesk, Freelancer, or other such sites. You should set up an account on any of these if you haven't already. You will take requirements from me verbally so you have to be a good listener and take good notes. - Filter candidates: Note, you must not be able to do any of the specific tasks yourself, but find the right resources to hire based on what we discuss on the phone. I might also send you additional details by email. I will ask you to schedule a Skype interview with pre-selected people for me. - Administrative support: I will also ask you to update a spreadsheet with a running list of tasks and statuses. (you should know how to use MS Excel and Google Docs). That may require you to check in with a particular resource to get an update and document that accordingly. I may also ask you to communicate a task or provide feedback to a resource based on a my feedback; we can talk about that as is comes up. Any questions I can answer, if needed. - Ad hoc: I might ask you to work on a few other ad hoc projects as they pop up. Some research or otherwise. Your key strengths: - I expect super-clean documentation. - Superstar communicator, who just gets it. - 100% honest, 110% reliable. - Proactive. I want you to proactively provide me updates, ask questions, or follow up with the right people without me having to prompt you for everything. - Follow up. Please be responsible and follow up to make sure things get done. - Be available, I don't ever want to find myself chasing after you. - I prefer someone with no strong accent so I know we can understand each other. Time requirement: - You will probably spend 30-60 minutes with me per day. On some days we may not speak at all. - Posting projects may require 30 minutes on the various sites as it is a question of simply cutting and pasting the content. This is not needed every day; only when I am looking for a resource. - Filtering potential candidates may require you 1 hour. This is not needed every day, only when I am looking for a resource. - For admin support you will spend perhaps 1 hour, just to update the task sheet and check in with everyone for an update. If you need to communicate any task to someone or provide feedback, it could be up to 1.5 hours. - For ad hoc projects we'll have to see as it comes up. Time Summary: So you can expect to spend around 1-4 hours per day (excluding weekends) on this. Payment: I am open to hourly, weekly or monthly payment arrangements.
