Administrative Assistant-Part Time
A privately-owned employee benefit consulting firm, is looking for a bright, enthusiastic, energetic, computer-literate and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Administrative Assistant.
Summary of Job Duties:
Your duties will include requesting and uploading electronic census data, reconciling contribution and compensation data, and managing electronic funds transfers. Additionally, you will provide support to our plan administrators by managing their tracking log, packaging valuation reports, preparing annual tax returns, and updating client information. You will also be responsible for quarterly client disclosure emails, and annual participant disclosure notices. The position entails production of query reports by client from our website, and distribution of mass client emails.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: a college degree, a strong aptitude for numbers, be extremely detail-oriented, have excellent verbal and written English skills, be very people-oriented, enjoy working with a variety of our clients, and have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook.
Part-time: 25 to 29 hours per week, Monday - Friday
All prospective candidates will be required to successfully complete aptitude tests as part of the interview process and pass a background check prior to hire.
