I'd like to deepen some requirements, e.g. is the Stock On Hand report an excel file you get every day? In this case we can create a new excel file, where you load the data in a first sheet by selecting the source file and then filter the data and shows the result in a second sheet (all by pressing one or 2 buttons). Hello, Do you really want to automate this, or would you consider a simpler task of adding a new column heading in "U" called "Count", then in the cell U2 enter this formula and copy it down. =COUNTIFS($A$1:$A$18447,A22,$P$1:$P$18447,3) Then add a filter and select 1. Of course it isn't as sexy as a push of a button macro solution. This I could do for you but would need to discuss in more detail before awarding the project to me.
