Data Migration, Implementation, Customization to ERPNEXT (online hosting)

We are planning to migrate to ERPNEXT online hosting by FRAPPE. We need the following: * Requirement gathering and analysis and provide solutions. Determine documents required and clarify doubts. * Finalise chart of account * Finalise Customers, Suppliers, Stock items, fixed assets grouping and numbering [starting numbers] classification. * MILESTONE1: PREPARATION DONE * Setup all the modules with Customer Groups, Item Groups, Warehouses, BOMs, Chart of Accounts etc. * Import 1000 Customers, 500 Suppliers, 2000 stock Items, previous five years Invoices (approx 3000 invoices), Contacts and Addresses, empoyees, fixed assets using Data Import Tool. * Import opening stock using Stock Reconciliation Tool. * Create opening accounting entries via Journal Entry and create outstanding 500 Sales Invoices and Purchase Invoices. * Print out trial balance, balance sheet, and income statement. Reconcile anaomolies. * MILESTONE 2: MIGRATION COMPLETE * Create custom fields, print formats report & document prints (such as purchase order print, invoice print ) etc as required. * Create new doctype FIR * Create new doctypeEstimation Sheet * Create new doctype bid tabulation * Create new doctype Costing [Cost of Goods Sold] Sheet * Set up users and permissions 5 nos * Set up workflow for quotation, invoices, purchase orders, payments and cheque printing. * MILESTONE 3: CUSTOMIZATION COMPLETE * Complete a standard sales cycle - Lead > Opportunity > Quotation > Sales Order > Delivery Note > Sales Invoice > Payment (Journal Entry) * Complete a standard purchase cycle - Material Request > Purchase Order > Purchase Receipt > Payment (Journal Entry). * Complete a standard manufacturing cycle - BOM > Production Planning Tool > Production Order > Material Issue * MILESTONE 4: TESTING COMPLETE (testing will be done by us; with your support.) * Give technical support for 1 month starting from completion of milestone 3 (testing complete) * MILESTONE 5: PROJECT COMPLETED
