Looking for a self-motivated, responsible and detailed individual who wants to be a part of a growing company. Duties include: -Answering telephone -Processing incoming & outgoing mail -Adjust schedules to inbound and outbound trucks when needed -General office administration Responsible for performing various accounting functions including but not limited to: -Pulling and sending monthly statements to clients - Provide P&L report and explain various income streams Requirements: -Highly Proficient in the Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, look ups, formulas) -Highly Proficient in using QuickBooks and pulling reports -Have 1-2+ years of previous experience with small business companies -Be able to work within a team environment and also lead others -Excellent attention to detail and committed to accuracy -Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills -Responsible and work independently on your own -Have strong communication skills to report back issues that could help company growth -Smart and Efficient research skills
