Hey there, From the sounds of it, you need an Excel expert who can write optimized formulas, write VBA code and simply presents data to preprare this task list for you. It's really simple task but i don't whink that is the best solution for you. As I know users, they can broke this workbook while working on it. I suppose that you will put this workbook in LAN where all eployees has access. What will happen when some one leaves it open? What will happens with hyper links when someone resort sheet? I think that simple task app with db support much better for you. Cost of that app wont be much higher than this excel but future problems will gone forever Is that sounds about right? I have an extensive knowledge of Excel included VBA. I have also C# and strong database and analytic background that could be a profit in your project.
