I worked 5 years as administrative assistant in a private university, providing assistance to 22 courses coordinators and 336 teachers. I also work actually for a real state company as VA. My mainly duties on both is create spreadsheets using Excel, create reports, pivot tables and charts. I also responsible to send emails, attending calls.
