Hi What a co-incidence...I JUST finished a course on Machine Learning and how to implement a web service in Excel to do exactly what you require. I can create a spreadsheet or user form where you only need to enter the known variables of a candidate and it will predict how job placement is affected. I really hope that you would consider my bid and allow me to work with you. However, even if you don't, please can I ask for permission to use the data in your spreadsheet.
