Need Custom Website Built - 18 Pages

Hello: I need someone to build a website for one of my clients. I have the design and layout of the website drawn out in Powerpoint, and need someone to build it. Here is what the website will entail: Roughly around 17-18 pages Opening page will have a rotating flash file with 4 pictures and text. 2 or 3 of the pages I will need an I-frame section where our "job search" and "login box" will sit. This code will be provided. Basically this part of the page is where people will be able to login to our 3rd party search engine, and login to their site. But it's still going to seem they are in our site only. I will upload the layout and design. Please take a look and let me know your bid. I'm looking for someone to finish this within the next 1-2 weeks or earlier. **No templates please, custom jobs only. I-frame experience a must. This Code will be provided to the third party search and submit engine. Thanks
