3D Location Map

OBJECTIVES: To create a 3D location map, which will be used as website landing page design. CREATIVE BRIEF: Classy, elegant design. Something like the attached. I will provide u with an overall Map (Top view using Google Maps), and i will highlight which buildings need to be shown (The rest of the other buildings no need to be focused). It must be logical and smart in design. For eg, obviously, the buildings that need to be focused must be bigger. More details will be sent when we award you. The details are ready. REQUIREMENTS: Once we confirm u, u MUST START WORK IMMEDIATELY, and produce the deliverables within 1 week. U need to commit your time and focus and must work to deliver within the time frame. If u cannot deliver, DO NOT BID and waste each other's time. For me to select you, u must show me your portfolio of related 3D work. N i will only pay u once u deliver. Do NOT ask for advance payment. Pls bid within my stated budget range. DELIVERABLES: 3D Location Map for website AND, a VECTOR format SOFTWARE: Google Sketchup, 3D Max or let us know what software u intend to use
