243064 Whmcs Customization

Hello, i see alot of people on here want their whmcs intergrated into their html template, what i would like (a quote for) is for somebody experienced to customise whmcs, which would involve making the new graphics. The home page of my whmcs is [login to view URL] (temporary) it is very basic, what i would like it to do is open on a page that is selling the hosting packages, similar to [login to view URL] i am just starting up so obviously i dont not want to pay a great deal as it may never take off especially as there is huge competition on the web hosting market, i was actually looking to sell webhosting to local people & businesses in my community, It will be interesting to see what offers i recieve, maybe the tasks that i am asking to be done, will take a lot of time & could be an expensive job, let me know & thank you in advance Regards Colin
