Design an Instruction Sheet B&W double sided / 2 version

Long story short - I had a goto designer that did all my design work and he rocked, but he got offered a CIO job so my project has taken a back seat for 4 months. So I am now looking for someone to help me recreate it. Don't bother asking for the illustrator files - he's not being cooperative. He's a long time friend that just wants to focus on his new job. We are looking for an experienced person that we hope to develop a long term relationship with. We have many projects that have been delayed because of the my previous designer abandoning his freelance work. I am tying to make an instruction sheet for a product. I need 2 versions of it. This instruction sheet uses pharmaceutical folding and thus is folded multiple times. The size of the instruction sheet is listed in one of the files. The samples files are what the instruction is suppose to look like in the product. The [login to view URL] file is the last revision that we made. It's what I would like to go with.
