Build a holding page from my design.

Hi there :) I have attached an image of what the 'coming soon' holding page needs to look like. I have the .psd file for you to use for the purpose of this also. The pink rectangle key line on layer shows 1024x768 browser window, the minimum average laptop screen size. Viewable canvas to be anchored at top of browser and always centres on browser resize - this needs to be responsive. Infinite rich black background behind. Orange graphic EQ device at bottom needs to anchored and stretched across bottom of browser to respond to whatever size screen it is being viewed on - but TBC with programmer - see what works best. Countdown clock is there purely as a placeholder - a Java plug in needs to go in its place. Apart from the logo, all fonts are 'live' so text content will be visible in search engines. Apart from Arial for the 'weeks days hours' labels, the font is 'Andale Mono' which is available as a Google Font. The button that says 'sign up' will not be where it is in that image, that just needs to sit below the body of text. When you click sign up it will need to use some kind of email capturing software such as mailchimp. All it will need is for the form to come up where the current body of text is - it merely replaces it, similarly once they have submitted the form, that area changes to show the thank you page. This could be done using three separate pages or, which would be nicer, would be a smooth (sliding&fading?) transition using ajax or anything similar. The logo that remains where it is throughout also needs to be a home button. Finally, it would be nice if google analytics were set up on the page. Hosting is provided and can supply you with FTP details. Looking to get this done asap - it's a fairly simple job :)
