Prepare files for printing - repost

I want to prepare 5 picture files for printing. I have prepared their layout (it is very simple) and their objects (pictures, logo, text etc) in doc files (the backround is blank). I need someone to check, refine, (maybe improve them slightly) and deliver them as ready for printing: 1. Folder 21,4 cm x 30 cm (closed) - 48,8 cm x 35,6 cm (open) 2. invitation 20 cm x 10 cm 3. invitation 20 cm x 10 cm 4. poster Α3 5. banner 0,8 m x 2 m The following guidelines should apply: • Deliver PDF files (versions PDF 1.3 to PDF 1.7.) JPG could also do. • Files should have resolution of 300 dpi in the original size. Logos, text blocks and graphics that are integrated into the document must be embedded as a vector or as an image with at least 300 dpi • Maximum size of every file is 500 MB. • Convert all fonts to paths/curves/vectors. • Any non-vectorized fonts must be completely embedded (not as a subgroup). • Any Standard fonts (such as Arial, Courier, Times, etc.) must also be completely embedded. • Black text should not be selected as a mixed colour, but instead as 100 % black. • Do not use the following fonts: TrueType, Multiple Master, Composite fonts • Leave 2 mm circumferential Bleed on file for printing • Transparencies (if there are any) in PDF files from CorelDraw and Apple iWork Pages must be reduced. Use the "PDF/X-1a:2001" standard for this purpose if applicable. • All fonts and graphics must be embedded in the PDF file (It is also possible to process native Photoshop files (PSD) but then you must convert them into a JPEG file (no PDF export!)
