Build a Website for a small consulting firm from my basic Joomla! site -- 2

I have a basic web site built in Joomla! 3.2 based on the JSN Gruve template from Joomla Shine. The core content and menus are there (see attached PDF file with images of each of the pages). The web site is not currently live on an accessible web server but I can provide the Joomla site as an archive. I do not want the site publicly accessible until it is polished and ready. You may want to give me some guidance as to how we might work on the project with that constraint. What I need is to take what I have to start with and provide a polished looking professional web site to drive business to my company. That could mean applying a different template, reorganising the menus and navigation, rewriting some of the content, providing additional content, and other enhancements. I will also consider other things that might be added to the web site to add value to my business. The finished web site must reflect a professional services firm business that is responsive, of high integrity and able to be trusted to deliver. You should be able to see the basic thrust of the organisation from the content already developed. I already have a company logo from a previous contest and can provide the artwork for that. The web site must be a responsive design to ensure it looks good on large screens, tablets and mobile phones. I am open to the use of different templates, my basic website that you will use as input was based on the Joomla Shine template. The web site must be such that I can add content and adjust the web site as needs arise once commissioned. I have a fair level of technical ability but limited design and Joomla! experience. The successful bidder should have a strong ability to build polished, maintainable web sites. Work samples will be required as part of the selection process.
