Easy website job for someone who knows what they are doing. - repost

Hello, I have had a basic website template put together for my LED lighting business, I would like to improve the look and feel of the site and add a few important functions. I am looking for someone to finish it off and get it up and running. I am looking for someone who is capable of covering all areas of development and producing a modern site that will help capture data and new users. Changes/additions to be made. - The site is currently in JOOMLA and I would like to change this to Wordpress. - A quoting function that allows customers to fill in their details and email me for a quick quote. This would ideally allow me to store the data entered and what product they are interested in. - Set up the site to allow easy changes on a content management system. - A general layout fix of the site, it currently has too many pages and is difficult to navigate (I am looking for your expert help here). - Icon upgrade - Members login upgrade to allow more actions. - Simplify shop function. - I would like the finished site and be search engine optimised.
