I have both a pdf and jpg file that is of an audubon print that I want to have printed to about 30x40". The original is not of those dimensions nor is it of any of the different online printer standard large format posters. I"d like some help figuring out how to get it printed so the margins are not cut off = which is what happened when I had it printed by an online printer in the 30x40 size. The original is wider than that at 40" height so the sides got cut off. I guess one solution and probably the best one is to have it loaded into some graphic or picture editing software and have a border added to the picture on the top and bottom of such width that when sent to be printed as a 30 x 40 the added vertical boarder brings the amended file into that proportion - 30 x40. But I"m open to other solutions.
