I have experience in developping end to end java web application. If you are flexible with the technologies to be used then i can do it for a competitive price. I would prefer to use reactjs in frontend and springboot in backend if you are ok with that. Also the ui design has to be given fron your side( i will code everything but i am not much of a ux designer)
