We are looking for professional freelancer who has experience in building an impressive, cross platform, functional, responsive, fast, bug free and specially who can build our mockups to reality. We want to Build Web based a Mobile responsive website. To give people a Medium to display and sell their goods to people closest to their location. We prefer it's coded in PHP & CSS with MySQL database ( Support Trigger is fine ), since we will host it in hostgator or equal webserver. 3. Important! This Web, will be loaded in Android APP. Please give a bit consideration that this web may run well in Simple Android APP that load websites. 4. Full Web Administration should be provided to us after completing the project with full copyright licenses, for unlimited time period, without any binding clauses. 5.
