Build a Website 2

Looking for someone who can build a website. It has previously been done by someone else but not to our standard. I am expecting highly quality work, error free pages and text. I am looking for someone who has creativity, even though I have designed the site in PSD (which I will share with the winning bidder).. I don't expect it to be exactly the same, it can be better if you believe so. I would need it to be fluid/animated.. whatever is needed to make it great. I don't want copy/paste jobs, and i don't want to spoon-feed someone every step of the way - however i do need regular updates and changes if it is not up to my standard. The company is a software programming business. The website is targeted to other businesses. The website has no more than 12 pages, it's an easy job, but as I mentioned.. I need it rock solid and creative. The freelancers that take the time to read what I wrote and submit a genuine bid and message will have preference, others will be ignored. Show me no more than 3 of your best (and if possible live customer websites) YOU made. Have you got what I need?
