Build a Website (revised)

This website will be a forex signal website. All contents, pictures, graphics (except logo) will be prepared by the developer. Paypal api and SMS api will be sent after the deal. Please keep in mind that the website should be in accordiance with mysql and php. Note: Shortly it is explained below. -Admin panel (Adding new pages, editing footer and slider, following the purchase of customers, contacting customers, ) -Customer panel (Contacting, watching the expired date of the products ) -Paypal monthly subscription ( There will be purchase a paypal link in the website. when the customer clicks the purchase, it directs to registering page. After the registering, the website automatically directs the customer to Paypal subscription page. After the purchase, the page will be directed to Customer panel. In that point, auto SMS and auto Email service should be activated) -Auto SMS api and E-mail api (There will be an automated email service, which will send to chosen members from mysql database. Additionally we want to use a SMS service for the members who has the contact information on their database. The information will be read from a mysql table. The code you will write will continuously check the table for a new updated data (by date and time). This will be an independent information table. For demo puposes, you can create a simple table with DateTime ( in string format like - 2016.05.30 19:00:00), and information text. Totally 2 fields.) We will also need a GET script in PHP which will receive information and put it on the table. Info will be provided by a remote computer by post. So please add the working post string in a text file, which will be use in C.
