Creating online resume/bio style website

I'm trying to make a slight career path change and think I need to go above and beyond the standard PDF resume in order to give myself the best possible chance to have decision-makers review my info for more than five seconds. There's a specific website that my website's design is based off of; the website is basically a profile database and my resume page is kind of a spin on the profiles featured. I realize that's pretty vague but if we had a chat I believe you'll see what I mean. My website will have four pages in total: the home page, an about me page, a resume page, and a contact page. The home page has the most elements, but is still relatively simple with a Twitter feed and an embedded youtube video being as crazy as it gets. The about me page will be a few paragraphs of text and a few pictures. The resume page is my resume, but instead of just using a PDF viewer and uploading my resume with that I'd like for it to be coded into the site itself. The contact me page will be text containing my contact info, and then a basic form that can send messages straight to my email inbox. I already have each page designed, so I don't really need any design work unless you have some ideas to make it better. The example that I've uploaded is the home page, but it's missing a bit more text underneath what is visible. I've attempted to create this myself using builders such as Webflow (too intense for me) and Wix (can't be responsive), but have not been able to get something I'm happy with. My biggest concern is making sure that whoever views the site sees it as it's supposed to be, and not with broken text or other issues if their screen is too small. I don't care how this is made. I'd just like it to come to life and be sure that the site will load correctly for whoever visits. I'm even willing to add in all the content myself, if you just setting up the "skeleton" of the site for me is an option. Thank you and I appreciate your time.
