Design one webpage - Mums in business promotional page

We are a small business who are doing a mums in business week. The week is about inspiring mums who have children and a business or want to start. The week is called "Mums Mean Business" We have all content, partners logos, titles etc but need a good design to showcase the week via a webpage. It needs to be simple, clear and professional. Needs to grab the attention of mums who will visit the site and look to inspire them. Ideally it wants get away from a traditional view on mothers and be about strong and charismatic leaders who can balance family and work life. I am looking for someone with a good eye for detail, responsive to changes, has a high standard of work in design, can show examples and is cost effective. It is just the one page we will need help with, we currently have a web developer so programming won't be needed. This will need to be finished or an idea/concept come up with in the next few days at the latest.
