Design web pages following a style guide

Canada Point is an immigration consultancy company and main user flows on the site involve reading about immigration programs, downloading PDFs with info, filling out and sending forms and booking a consultation. I have 2 pages designed in Figma with styles, fonts, spacing, colours and components defined for main elements. I need help putting together remaining unique templates for the website. I have content and requirements fully defined at this point so just need to finish actual design now. Need a total of 5 unique templates designed, a drop-down menu design and a appointment scheduling widget design. I will provide a document with required scope directly to the person with whom we decide to work on this. Attaching the home page design for the example of the kind design style will need to be followed for the other pages.
