UI / UX designer for our mobile app, which will help children learn to read fluently

We are looking for a UI / UX designer for our mobile app, which will help children learn to read fluently. All the bare metal frame, menus, pages etc. are ready. What is necessary is a nice and beautiful flesh and skin, a creative touch to bring beauty to the bare metal. The name of the app the means both “I am reading” and “I comprehend, interpret what I read” in Turkish. The concept of a child reading, understanding or grasping something might be a starting point to consider for designs. It is a serious educational app but it will mainly be used by 7-8 years old children therefore some entertaining touch is very very nice to have, even if not must have. There are four main parts of the app on the home page (reading, writing, reading texts and games). You can navigate any of the parts from the home page. The parts have their own sub-sections to navigate through a menu. You can navigate within and across sub-subsections when you are in a sub-section with buttons. What we need is for both Android and IOS, • Gui design including • an app logo • a home page, introductory page, for the app, including references to four different sections of the app • The app has four different sections and two different pages for four different sections, total 8 pages is necessary. App pages are a variation of home page and many elements can be reused on other pages. • 8 buttons for navigation among the pages, o Proceed o return o Stop / start o Repeat o Proceed to writing section o Proceed back to reading section o Erase what you write • Two icons; one for instruction sections and one icon for drills sections • for a common memory card game; back and front sides of the cards and a label or button with a label on it Screen shots of bare metal design with English translations of the texts on them will be provided. Deliverables should be in .psd and png format with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. All screen UI components should be in separate layers, and easy to extract. Additional image resources can also be included separately (e.g. background image, etc.). All art work should be your own creation or you have the right to re-distribute them, otherwise I'll not be able to accept it. Winner must provide .xml files for the buttons and menu elements
