Jersey design for youth sports team

We would like you to use your creativity and flair and design a sports club a new jersey. We are going to be using sublimation on a completely white short and long sleeve jersey. The printing of the jersey will be done on the front / back and sleeves. Our colors are royal blue , grey and white. We would like very cool design that fades without hard lines around the edges and uses the pure white in the polyester jersey to its full advantage. The sublimation will be done on the front and back . It needs to be provided in vector format , as we have numerous sizes and that will be the best image for resizing / printing for us. We need a front and back design and lettering for the sleeves. It needs to have specific numbers designed on the front and back of each jersey. All of the jerseys will have the same design , they just need to be number 1-20. It doesn't have to be full color and cover the entire jersey. We have our club logo already in vector and will provide that upon awarding the winning bid .
