Functions and features include; Bookings; It would require the tenant to either “book the place” or “request a viewing” once the tenant has chosen to book the place. The landlord gets a message through his or hers dashboard and telephone to indicate someone has requesting a booking. The landlord is able to chose whom he or she would like to pick, as there can be bookings from multiple people at once. Therefore showing profiles of each tenant to the landlord, the landlord is able to decide whom he or she wants to live in their property. once he has chosen, a “smart” contract would be available for both parties to sign and would require online signatures followed by the tenants first months rent payments + deposit. (Dummy payment method) -Group profile, one booking made amongst one admin account made up over several different accounts/users. -landlord listing, landlords ability to list their property. -Student sublet; student being able to list their sublet apartment to only other students. -Landlord dashboard; their dashboard includes lists of their properties, inventory etc. -student dashboard; gerneral info etc, group profile ability, etc -making the search bar functional -Making log in and sign up work - ability for companies to list their adverts for promotional offers and deals.
