I’m looking for a web developer to develop a social event site similar to Eventbrite. I am open to the idea of building this website on Wordpress, but I'm looking for a very cost effective and efficient way. Currently, the company is focused on Dating. The classic dating events will consist of speed dating events of different age groups in different location in Los Angeles at least 3 times a week. We will then add food tasting, salsa dancing speed dating events and other more interesting and exciting events. We will add mixers such as cocktail parties and hiking picnics as welland then on another tab we will be selling workshops and one on one dating tutorials and so one. We are currently working on the video as we speak so the homepage definitely needs that video and banners of upcoming events that week. About us: About us will have a paragraph and a logo. Event Calander: I like the calendar idea of [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] However it would be better if when you click on event calendar tab you are looking at the full calendar month with events on there and customer can just click on the day or event they are interested in and it will zoom in providing detailed information with prices and options to attend the event. From there they can purchase, however, to attend the event we need customers information such as first and last name, tel number, email, age and location. From there I will handle everything via email. That is generally what we need to get started. We would like to have our first 3 events up and running in 3 weeks so we need to have the calendar up and people signing and paying for the event as early as now. I’m looking for someone who are great communicators and are available at certain hours at from 9:00 am -12:00 pm, 1:00 – 5:00pm, or 8:30pm – 1:00am PST for the purpose contacting you when there is an immediate request.
