Lumber I need a new website. I need you to design and build a website for a small lumber yard business. With a database to follow the stock, creating order notes for the workshop , delivery notes for the logistics and invoice for the clients. some clients pay by cash, check, credit card, bank tenasfer or also have credits and can pay after some times. We need to be able to tell when payment is made to which account (bank) money is deposited , so we can easily follow the accounting with the bank history. For those who take credits we need to have notification when the time to pay arrive so we can contact them and start recovery the payment. All the notes, invoices and order's are printed on a A5 size matrix paper. We gave different products so we need to know how much it cost and what's the max discount we can offer We have different sales persons so we need to know who opened an order and received payments. Which truck number and which driver delivered the goods to the client How the goods were delivered, client pick up or company delivered. We need to keep track on our suppliers as well, know how many cubic meters we buy from them, how payment was made, is by bank transfer, which bank as well. If we get credit from the supplier we need notification to know when it's time to pay. We also need to keep track on our clients so know what type of size they order, what's the period of the year they order the most, how much total order they made with us so far. What the max discount we can offer to them Home: to see some pictures of the lumber yard and some explanation Products: to see our products list and make inquiries. Order status: to see at which stage an order is ( processing, packing or delivering) by entering a unique number obtained when payment is made or order confirmed. Administration side: Management panel, being able to create new products (size, price, stock entered, current stock and all the options from the above) Sales can only place orders and print different note or invoices, but they can't modify anything. If order is placed and they need to delete or modify something, they need to ask the manager to do it from his account. We do not need a merchant account for the credit card, client pays directly from the pos at the office, the website is just for inquiries and order placement. Its a web base database so its possible to open the administration account wherever. Get statictic and reports, daily, monthly and yearly.. Its a general idea, the freelancer who has experiences in this field should know what we expect. It has to be mobil friendly and tablet friendly as well we only use 2 laptops the rest of the time we use phones and tablets. The printer is connected to a printserver so no need to connect to a USB.
