Modify Designs Functions

I have a video of the design attached to show how it currently functions. Change 1) Change chat box so that when anonymous types something, a message is displayed that says You are not logged in. Right now anonymous types a message the message is posted in the chat box. Change 2) Make the big image on the left rotate between multiple images. Change 3) Set the sexyslut22 links to open in new window. Also set the register now button the same way.
