Need a Book Cover Designed

I need a book cover designed (theme color is dark Blue, black, grey and white fonts) as depicted in the first sample image) and there are two aspects to it. 1) One is the background image which should be a combination of several images (mixing of layers in photoshop with different transparency levels). Similar to the attached image (digital numbers of 0 and 1 falling combined with code, circuits) Most importantly, the image must have depth as shown. I will provide a link from where other sample images can be taken. 2) Next is the center image. This should fundamentally be a person writting on a glass as depicted in the 2nd image (the hand is disturbing and I need something created) but the content that is being written on the glass should be editable in photoshop and I would like to place different graphics on it (this is part of the project and I will provide rough sketch as to what needs to be placed there?).
