rectify few errors in css

I see your word press theme has this issue on the header and footer in safari and has the same issue on google chrome ( 48.0.2564.97 (64-bit) ). I would be happy to have a look at this for you, it will involve checking templates and scanning through css files. I estimate 8 hours.
