Scheduling Application

I'm looking for a creative approach to a work scheduler for hourly employees. The work scheduler will be cloud based and will cover multiple work locations with different employee populations. A manager (of just that work location) will be able to set individual employee schedules. Employees will be able to see their schedule along with other employees that are working at the same time. In addition, employees will use the app to clock in and clock out. The app will contain approximately 15 pages with some displaying dynamic information off of cloud while others requiring user interaction (editable pages). All pages will receive processed data from central cloud storage (no data to be stored on application). I have a few ideas that I will share with the chosen Freelancer. Both Android and iOS implementations will be required. The final product should include: a well thought out user interface, graphics (not necessarily in final form) and the technical specifications for a coder. Although no coding is required, it is expected that the completed project will contain a well thought out application architecture, graphics and sitemap (examples for each page). It should be everything that future coder would require to bid and complete the final project. Examples of other completed design projects would be appreciated.
