1. User login with mobile OTP reg 2. User and Admin can post house rental adverts 3. Max 3 photo uploads option to users and 5 for admins 4. Each adv should be approved by admin before publishing 5. User can set location or choose location from drop down list. 6. Users can send message to admin 7. Updated App version should be notified upon play store update 8. Admin can set free adv and Paid adv. 9. Admin can enable or disable payment option for the adv feature anytime. 10. Payment Options: Debit Card/Credit Card/PayPal 11. After sale support for debugging should be free 12. Admin user can view and manage all ads 13. Users can manage their ads. (View/Revise/Delete). Deleted ads should go to their historic pages. If needed they can re-list the same upon admin approval. 14. Admin should be able to manage banking/payment transactions 15. max. allowed photo size should not exceed 5 mb. notification should be given upon user trying to upload file size more than 5mb. 16. Clean and Neat designs on all pages. 17. On all ads mobile number and email id should be kept mandatory. Mobile number should be displayed to other viewers. 18. A user can advertise only 3 ads for free. if he has advertised 3 times then the 4rth one onwards they have to make payment as set by admin. 19. for the 4th one onwards, payment scheme should be as follows: For advertisement 4 weeks live should be charged as QAR50.00 For advertisement 8 weeks live should be charged as QAR75.00 After the mentioned period this specific adv should be automatically deleted. 20.
