Crazy but I actually use flatsome exclusively because of it's versatility and I already know the cause of most of the issues stated in the document. There are a lot of "Size" issues which I can understand why the previous designer was having trouble because you have to use "regenerate thumbnails" when changing the predetermined sizes of things in woocommerce. Anyway, I can absolutely get this website on track for your client and would love to work on it for you. I can tell it will be a lot of work though and $250NZD is only $170 or so USD. If it is possible I can work on the site for you for $350NZD and can guarantee satisfaction.
