i would like a military custom design for the back of a t shirt

The design I would like to go with is a little bit like the one with the spartan and ship i took a picture of it and attached it in the the folder so you know what im talking about, instead of a spartan though we would like a pirate skeleton one like the one that is also attached in the file we would like him wearing tattered green coveralls and a old aviator helmet like the one that is attached and in one hand he is holding a jolly roger flag which is the picture of the patch that has the skull and cross bones on it and in the other hand he is holding a giant crescent wrench he will be towering over a desert ground that has oil refinery flame towers. Above him will be 3 KC-130Js in formation like the one in the attached folder the C-130s in the formation picture are not the J models though so i attached a photo of a J model the difference is the external pods on the most out board parts of the wing it must be a J model. Like in the design of the spartan the border and rates we like, i attached all the rates id like to go around the border on the attached file. the upper txt id like it to say VMGR-352 the bottom txt on the banner we are undecided what we will put.
