I am working with a GPS point coordinate dataset for the state of Texas relating to twitter messages about a tv show called The Walking Dead. Needed is a person that familiar with java scripting, html, SQL, GIS (geographic information science) , and can write a two page single spaced demo paper. \r\n\r\nWhat I need for a person to is take the twitter data (in excel format) I have attached and use it with this tutorial [login to view URL] From this tutorial create two deliverable files: a HTML file and a JavaScript file. Within this product I need for there to click functionality (being able to click on the twitter point data and have it show the message), a zoom in/out scroll bar, be able to turn off and on heat map capabilities, and have a surface layer of imagery of the state of Texas and it\'s major cities.\r\n\r\nOverall the need deliverables are 1 javascript file, 1 html file, and one word document demo paper 2 pages single explaining the functionality and makeup of the map.\r\n\r\nHard Due Date for deliverables Sunday, Dec 6th.\r\n\r\nI am willing to be flexible on the abilities of the map but it needs functionality.\r\n\r\nLooking to payout no more than $150 after the work is completed.\r\n\r\n
