Create 2 fully functional webforms on my Thrive themes WP website

I need to have 2 electronic webforms fully functional on my website. Form 1: -This is a form that someone needs to fill, the form is connected to an autoresponder so that it automatically sends the report, after the emailaddress of the requester has been validated. Requirements: -You must be an expert with Thrive Leads as a way to create the form -Create the form according to my specifications (fields, background, etc) -Integrate the form with autoresponder Active Campaign, so expert knowledge of Active Campaign is also required -Set up of Active Campaign autoresponder with confirmation mail of valid email address and afterwards sending of email with the free report. -Amend the look and feel of the form so that it is in line with the overall look and feel of my website -A professional looking submit button according to my specifications If you have fully read and understood my specifications, please respond with the word "orange" in your bid.
