Hi there! My name's Sarah Joy. This is my first bid ever. I'm new to this whole freelancing thing and to be honest, have been hesitant to submit anything. What I'm not new to, is Tumblr. Creating a theme from scratch is still on my bucket list, but I've altered different ones to my own taste plenty of times. I'm confident I can add a profile picture, links to social media, and move the search bar. I can add links to tag pages (if that's what you mean by 'items'), too, but depending on your theme, you should be able to do this yourself (I'll show you how if you don't know). Actually, I'd also like to provide you with a tutorial of sorts of what I did to edit the sidebar. I'm thinking it will mostly involve moving around HTML elements which may be intimidating if you've never done it before, but once you have a bit of understanding, you can do a lot.
