Convert an InDesign File to a Functioning Website -- 2

Project Description I have a complete Indesign design and layout for website that requires coding. The design needs to be coded without altering design in any way. This also means not changing this to photoshop design. 1 or more websites depending on quality of work- It will be fairly basic except for 1 page which will have a list of words/topics. they need to "magnify" when you roll over that specific word/topic. SKILL SET REQUIRED - will have [login to view URL] be able to either link to vimeo or to not be you tube or vimeo based, staying on site. -A Payment page/ paypal page -might include Credit card page, must be secure, + run smooth with no breakdowns. - EXCELLANT SEO KNOWLEDGE. - Dynamic wording possibly but (not flash) -Be viewable / optimized on mobile phones and tablets in addition to desktop and laptop computers. Everywhere basically. - HIGH SEO KNOWLEDGE - Follows instructions well. Good communication skills.
