Delphi TWebBrowser scaling HTML radio boxes

I have a HTML page (see attached) that uses a CSS file (see attached). In the HTML is an embedded audio player, several radio boxes that allow the user to select an audio file to play, and some Javascript that initiates the playing of the chosen audio file. When these files are used in Internet Explorer/Edge, the user can hold the CTRL key down and roll their mouse wheel to cause the page to scale larger or smaller. However, when the same page is loaded in Delphi 2010 using the TWebBrowser component, the scaling of the text succeeds, but the the radio boxes (circles) fail to scale accordingly. You can see the problem in this video: [login to view URL] I need a Delphi 2010 solution that will result in the radio boxes/buttons to scale in parallel/conjunction with the scaling of their accompanying text label.
