HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery Coded Website

I am looking for someone with a high standard of HTML, CSS, Java, Javascript, jQuery coding skills and a high level of understanding of Wordpress. I am also looking for someone with a high level of English language understanding skills. I am also looking for someone who has got good behaviour and a good approach towards work. You must be prepared to to unlimited revisions. PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND MY INSTRUCTIONS VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE GIVING ANY QUOTATIONS I need someone to design a logo preferably PSD. The logo must be supplied to me in various formats such as PSD, Jpeg, PNG etc etc, in various different sizes. I need someone to design and build a 25 page database driven website. The Website must be driven by Wordpress, and by Wordpress Database. The website must be properly coded with HTML , CSS, Javascript, Java, jQuery. The website must be W3C validated. I want to build my own website using some Wordpress Plugins including Plugins for Wordpress such as various Drag and Drop Page builders and by using other plugins, without using any code. I do not want to use Wordpress Templates. I need you to design and build 25 web pages using HTML, CSS, JQuery, Java, Javascript coding. The webpages must be database driven by Wordpress. I need you to put headers and footers on the Website web pages. I need you to put pictures and text in the Headers of 6 pages using Wordpress. I will provide the pictures and text to you which I need you to put into my website pages. I need to be able to change the pictures and text in the headers as and when I need to without using code. I also need to be able to change text and colours in the footers as and when I need to without using any code. You must put in the headers and footers using Wordpress in a way that I can change the pictures and colours and text in the headers and so that I can change colours and text in the footers as often as I need to without using any code. You must put everything onto my server. You do not need to add any other content to my Website pages I will add all the other content myself to my website using some Wordpress plugins such as drag and drop website builder and pages builder and by using some other Plugins for Wordpress. Your job is to get the logo done, and to get the website pages done and to put some pictures and text in the headers and footers and to put everything on to my server, and then I will desgin and build the website myself by using Wordpress. I need the work completed within 7 days. Thank you very much
