Hey,

We are looking for a junior project coordinator! This is what we do [login to view URL]

Qualities we are looking for :

- Fluency in spoken and written English. Desire to communicate clearly verbally and visually. Ideal candidate maybe taught English at one point

- Attention to detail

- Interest in the digital space / online marketing

- Should have worked in Trello or similar PM systems or needs to learn the basics quickly

- Should be able to do basic content management work

- Should know generally or learn quickly what is “server, PHP, FTP, XML”

- Ability to work every day during active projects, 2-5 hours a day before switching to full-time

- Responsibilities will include coordinating designers to programmers to clients, setting and enforcing deadlines, solving problems before these deadlines are not met

- Recent grads are welcome. I will train them only if they have the basic skills / qualifications

- Compensation - assuming I need to train them, compensation would be $4.5 - $10 per hour. If they are already amazing and do not need to be trained then I need to see if they are right for our current projects and can start working independently. This can be treated as an internship job, depending on the hourly rate.

- Please provide one example of a professional email you wrote in the past, where you solved a problem, presented a concept or offered solutions or addressed client concerns

Please respond with answers :

- Do you have a good example of your problem solving skills? Do you have an example of a situation when you solved a problem that many other people could not ?

- Do you have one example of a business / production process you automated or optimized in a measurable way or one innovation you made? Maybe little tools / things that help you work faster / easier?

YOU WOULD BE:
- putting milestones on a calendar
- making sure things go as planned
- looking for ways to solve digital / development problems
- streamline and automate things
- talking to programmers and designers every day. Pick best programmers for certain tasks
- documenting work process in Google Docs
- doing some basic product testing / QA / content management
