Create an iPad app

Currently I have a survey app developed for ipads that stores the results of the surveys in a mysql database. This application has the following features: - After a certain number of seconds of inactivity, the application returns to the beginning - If you do not have connectivity, application stores data and when reconnected, it sends the data automatically. - The application sends the data to the database using http method - At the end of the application the app lets the user to leave a compliment, suggestion or complaint that is stored in the database too. Now I need to develop a similar application but just to make a compliment, suggestion or complaint. (remove the survey part) I will provide the design of the application and the source code of the above application in order to facilitate development.
