I am looking for a website designer / AdSense expert who can create an AdSense optimized Wordpress niche site that will generate at least USD 20-25 per day on average. Preferable the website will need minimal maintenance. This site must contain 100% unique content and adhere to all Google Adsense's Terms of Service. It should not solicit or contain any illegal or pornographic material. We will pay ONLY when Google releases our earnings! If you can adhere to these guidelines, please bid on the project. Terms: - Must have SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the website as needed to continue generating for at least 6 months content. - Only White Hat - You MUST follow Google AdSense rules and regulations. - Website / AdSense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. No bots, automated or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, - NO Black Hat - Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on website. - No pharmacy, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by AdSense rules - Site must generate income for the long term with $20-25 USD minimum - All copyrights will be assigned to us in writing - Must contain related images to niche topic - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads - Welcome to add any related other income generating products as long as it doesn't distract from AdSense ads. Income from AdSense should be minimum $15 - Must Be Google AdSense optimized - Have our Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as AdSense I will pay the amount of bid only once we can see constant income in my AdSense account and receive my first payment.
