Need Social Media Account Management (FB, LnkdIn, Twt)

Our company sells mortgage leads to mortgage banks. In other words, our clients are mortgage banks, loan officers, mortgage brokers, etc. We are a B2B business, we don't do business with consumers. We would like someone who is very good at social media and networking to manage our Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts. I would be sort of the "manager" of this project, and YOU would be doing all of the posting, networking, connecting, lead generating, or what ever you think will be most effective for us. I would like to approve certain things before you do them, such as facebook posts, tweets, and linkedin updates, however anything you choose to do in order to build our connections with mortgage bankers is up to you. As long as it doesn't make my company look bad, I am ok with it. I think LinkedIn and Facebook in particular could be very effective for our business and I want to capitalize on that. I do have some experience in social media and have taken several courses on social media marketing, but it's too time consuming for me to work these 3 accounts everyday. I have a limited budget for this project, so I don't want to get bids that are based on someone spending several hours a day doing these accounts. I want someone to manage these accounts for me not too much but not too little. Just enough for it to be effective and get results.
